Time for the Long Sleep
When the first snow began to fall, Mama Bear said, 'It's time for our long winter sleep, little one.' But the sleepy little bear cub was not quite ready. 'One more thing first,' he yawned.
Goodnight, Forest
The cub padded outside to say goodnight. 'Goodnight, tall trees. Goodnight, quiet stream.' His warm breath made little clouds in the cold night air.
Goodnight, Little Friends
He waved to a drowsy owl and a curled-up rabbit. 'Goodnight, friends. See you in the spring.' They blinked their sleepy goodnights back.
A Cave Full of Soft
Back inside, the cave was warm and full of soft leaves and moss. The cub burrowed down beside Mama, who hummed a low, gentle song.
Sweet Winter Dreams
His eyes grew heavy, heavier, heaviest. And the sleepy little bear drifted off into the longest, softest, sweetest dream of all. Goodnight, little bear.
Sleep tight โ there are more cozy stories waiting.
